Age restrictions

Due to insurance policies, patrons must be 21 years old to place a reservation. At least one guest staying at the Palmer House Inn B&B must be 21 years old.

Licensed as a Bed and Breakfast in the state of Michigan

- Daily housekeeping included in the room rate

- Daily on-site management

Smoke-free facility

Out of consideration for the safety and comfort of all of our guests, no smoking is permitted.

Check in, check out, and breakfast times

Check in is after 4 o'clock PM.

Check out is at 11 o'clock AM.

Breakfast is from 8 o'clock AM to 10 o'clock AM.

Accepted Payments

We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and AMEX

Payment is accepted upon arrival at the Palmer House.

Cancellation

Please give one week's notice for any cancellations.
